The End of Wall Street's Boom
If you're willing to invest a little time, I highly recommend reading this recent article by Michael Lewis. It's on the Portfolio.com website.
It's a somewhat lengthy piece providing some detail and context on how Wall Street has basically blown itself up and the author's surprise that this didn't happen long before now.
If you take time to read the article, I have a question for you . . . how is it that the investing public still has enough confidence to entrust their life savings and future livelihood to these same Wall St. firms that have proven once again that they can't even manage their own balance sheets?
