Not only is Halloween just around the corner, but October is also National Estate Planning Awareness month.
And if something were to happen to you (or your loved ones) and there isn't an up-to-date estate plan in place, it will feel more like a trick than a treat.
Especially for the folks that are left behind and have to sort out your estate, whether large or small.
