A recent research study from Morningstar reveals that over half of the more than 1,000 funds in the study are run by managers that have little-to-no personal invstements in their own funds. In other words, they don't eat their own cooking. Now, I'm sure there are situations that could make this prudent with a small percentage of mangers, but I find it scary that over half of these manager report not having a single dime invested in their own funds.
